We cannot thank Kris enough for everything that she did to help us sell our home. The initial meeting and walk through were informative. We were nervous she would want a lot of changes or improvements done on our 30 yr old house that we bought new. We had cleaned out all the closets and packed as if we were moving ( Because that is the plan right?! Sell and move!) Her years of experience really helped us stage the home, set a great price point and get the house on the market. We sold in record time using her advice and it was a flawless deal. Kris made the whole process of building and buying our new home much less stressful and painful than it could have been. She was by our side throughout the process. No question went unanswered and issues were dealt with expeditiously. I highly recommend Kris and BRG for your real estate dealings.

My mom needed to sell her house, and she selected Kris as her realtor. The house was set to go up for sale... and the day before it was going to happen, my mom passed. I went into the selling of my new house a little nervous because I hadn't been the one to pick Kris - and I was working on this sale hundreds of miles from where I actually live. And my fears were for no reason. Kris guided me through all of the stages. She gave fabulous advice and managed to keep me calm. Every step of the way was easy. I was definitely falling apart because of my mom's passing, and the sale of the house was the absolute easiest thing that I had to experience. (She even gave me a list of lawyers in the area - and one was definitely a winner). I highly recommend Kris!!!
